U.S. officials are reporting that Osama Bin Laden, the so-called "face of terror" was killed tonight in a ground attack in Pakistan. Officials also say that their forces have the body of bin Laden. Bin Laden was the leader of al Qaeda, the terrorist network behind the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States.
World leaders and media outlets all over the world are celebrating, but I don't believe the death of Osama is 100% positive. There are still thousands of members of al-Qaeda in sleeper cells all over the world, with no clear leadership or direction they may be MORE dangerous than when under the helm of bin Laden....just my opinion. And call me skeptical, but I'm not buying it until I see the body...and I still probably won't be convinced.
