Rapper Paul Wall has just confirmed via Twitter that Dallas/Fort Worth radio personality Nate Quick has passed away.

Nate Quick was a highly respected program & music director, as well as mentor to my friend, radio personality Shay Moore.

Nate is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University, getting his radio start at WCLK 91.9 in a 24-hour campus radio station at CAU in Atlanta. He has also done mornings in Atlanta, and Charlotte NC at WPEG Power-98. Where he met Dallas radio legends Skip Murphy and The Wig. “Man Skip and Wig have taught me so much. I was a young G in the game and they, treated me like family teaching me the ABC’s of being a great radio Personality, many things that I still use today.”
