VH1's second season of Celebrity Rehab is ready for its next round of hasbeens. The line-up includes kiddie pop singer Aaron Carter, rocker Sebastian Bach, stripper and American Idol Season 1 finalist, Nikki McKibbin, but MOST importantly the world's most infamous PCP addict Rodney King.
