So, "Souljah Girl's" sister and boyfriend called in to the Frank Ski morning show in Atlanta. They both explained how the girl is a nice person who has a child and she suffers from bi-polar disorder. She hasn't been taken her meds and had a mental breakdown on the video. The city of Atlanta later issued an arrest warrant and she turned herself in to police.

In case you haven't seen the vid. It was filmed on a public transporation train, the girl confronts the older woman with Soulja Boy lyrics and threatens to kill her. Then she accuses a young man who comes to the elderly woman's defense of being a rapist.
